In 2021, Thomas Hanlon founded Hanon Construction & Development. Mr. Hanlon brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction business. He was a general contractor in New York for more than 15 years where he constructed hundreds of public works projects, restaurants, apartment complexes, office and municipal buildings. After he moved to South Florida, Mr. Hanlon worked on countless commercial projects including restaurants, retail outlets, and office buildings.

Mr. Hanlon prides himself on being detail-oriented and doing high quality construction projects. Hanlon Construction & Development takes on the same core values as its founder and promises to be an ally who makes the construction process more transparent, efficient, and less painful.
